We have 3 event center spaces & 64 cabins. People have held retreats for a handful of people to large retreats with hundreds of people. Rio Cibolo Ranch has so many options that you can pick and choose the event space and overnight accommodations that best fit your needs.

The Lily House
The Lily House is a beautiful event center with rustic charm overlooking our gorgeous spring-fed creek. It is great for smaller, more intimate gatherings of 100 people or less. The interior is about 3,000 sq. ft. with a large 2,500 sq. ft. wooden deck. The Lily House has a commercial prep kitchen as well as men & women's bathrooms, fireplace, & bar area.
The Gardens
The Gardens is where our outdoor events are held. It is a gorgeous area overlooking our spring-fed creek. Majestic Pecan trees surround the areas as well as a multitude of flowering perennials, rose bushes and flowering vines.
Zuehl Hall
Zuehl Hall is a large Hall/Dancehall (approximately, 4,500 sq. ft.) with stage, bar, commercial kitchen, men's and women's bathrooms, and a 2,200 sq. ft. deck overlooking our gorgeous nature resort. It is great for groups of 350 or less. Attached is our B&B which we often use as the bridal suite for weddings.

The Corral
There isn't a better, more Texas-spectacular large event center in the San Antonio area than 'The Corral' at Rio Cibolo Ranch. It is the perfect location for large events. It has 20,000 sq. ft. of covered event space as well as a 3,500 sq. ft. of patio. We've held events here for as few as 100 up to 5,000! The front wall and commercial kitchen are solid walled; the rear & side walls have drop down heavy duty tarp walls that can be opened on nice days or dropped down on cooler or windy days. The Corral has a huge commercial kitchen with walk in coolers and freezers, a stage, giant men's & women's bathrooms and 3 huge bars. This is a must see if you are planning a large event!

Son's Rio Cibolo
Son's Rio Cibolo is a hundred acre nature resort with 64 cabins and tons of fun amenities including: 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, game room, basketball & volleyball courts, miles of hiking trails & 2 miles of gorgeous Cibolo Creek frontage to swim, paddle & explore! One of our event centers combined with renting all of or a section of our cabins is the perfect combination for a family reunion, festival, retreat or special event!

Camping on the Creek
We offer various camping locations with and without electricity and water. We have areas along the creek as well as the grassy area surrounding the corral. This makes it ideal when someone is wanting to throw a large festival or retreat.
