It is great for smaller, more intimate gatherings of 100 people or less. The interior is about 3,000 sq. ft. with a large 2,500 sq. ft. wooden deck. The Lily House has a commercial prep kitchen as well as men & women's bathrooms, fireplace, & bar area. The front wall and commercial kitchen are solid walled; the rear & side walls have drop down heavy duty tarp walls that can be opened on nice days or dropped down on cooler or windy days.
