This 20,000 square foot facility has authentic western decor and seats from 100 to 2,000 guests with room to dance in front of a Texas-size stage. Using the grounds along the Corral, we can easily accommodate 5,000 people! Numerous food service and bar areas can be set up inside and out to handle any size crowd.
The Lazy Lily River House
“THE JEWEL OF THE RANCH”
The Lily is separated from the RCR Corral by a large picnic area with numerous large pecan trees providing shade throughout the day and beautifully lighted grounds at night. Inside, seating is available for up to 150 people. Outside, a 2,000 square foot deck shaded by a 500-year-old pecan tree provides space for an additional 50.
“TEXAS DANCE HALL & SALOON”
The 4,500 square feet Zuehl’s Hall is a revival of a local original dance hall and saloon. The building is reminiscent of an authentic German Dance Hall and accommodates groups of up to 200 guests in air conditioned and heated comfort.
“THE RANCH GUEST COTTAGE”
Adjacent to Zuehl’s Hall is a quaint and newly remodeled German cottage with a kitchen, sitting room and spacious bedroom. Ranch guests are invited to stay the night.
The R.C.R. Rodeo Arena
“A TASTE OF OLD WEST EXCITEMENT”
The authentic RCR Rodeo Arena provides wild-west action with a taste of Old West excitement in rodeo events such as bull riding, calf roping, barrel racing, bareback bronco riding, and team roping.
The Pecan Orchard
“THE STATE TREE OF TEXAS”
The Ranch’s century old pecan orchard offers six different species of Texas pecans. We annually harvest our pecans and make tasty items such as pecan pralines, Texas Pecan Pie, and spiced or cinnamon pecans.
The Lily Gardens
The Lily Garden, adjacent to the River House, is connected by a natural stone walkway and footbridge leading to an arbor and platform, which can be used for weddings or a stage for various activities.
Adjacent to Zuehl’s Hall and the adjoining Zuehl Haus, Cibolo Gardens is surrounded by majestic elm and noble pecan trees, with a stunning rock arch entrance and a gazebo. Seats up to 350 guests.
Cibolo Creek, in all of its majestic beauty, meanders through the Ranch, forming the boundaries of Guadalupe and Bexar Counties. The creek is part of the San Antonio River system. The creek’s waterfalls crash down next to the Creekside pier, where you can catch and feed fish.
The Creekside Gardens
Creekside Gardens is our star rose and lavender garden with gazebo, swing, and Creekside Nature Trail. It’s also a quaint and romantic spot for a wedding ceremony or the perfect cocktail hour site.
Cibolo Orchard boasts an edible landscape of tomatoes, peppers, herbs, peach trees and pear trees. A gazebo covered with edible vines overlooks the Creek.
Adjoining the Cibolo Creek under the shade of pecan and cottonwood trees is Cibolo Hollow. The Cibolo Hollow Low Ropes Course, presented by a professional facilitator, offers fun, yet challenging activities designed to reduce inhibitions and break down barriers.
Across the open field and down from the Cibolo Gardens ceremony site is one of two unique and original Creekside ceremony sites. Bride and Groom are literally surrounded by the bend in the Cibolo creek with a cascading river bank as the backdrop.
