The Ranch facilities are ideal for Company Picnics and Christmas Parties, Retreats, Seminars, Tradeshows, or any other special corporate event. The air-conditioned and heated Lazy Lily, for groups of 200 or less, is a warm and intimate venue where guests may enjoy a steak dinner illuminated by our blazing Sisterdale rock fireplace or enjoy the more laid back atmosphere of a good old fashioned buffet style barbecue dinner or grilled chicken and beef fajitas cooked and served on the 2,000 square foot deck suspended over the banks of the Cibolo Creek.

We accommodate large company picnics and parties in our 20,000 square foot all-weathered pavilion, the R.C.R. Corral. Some of our past clients have had departmentalized company parties over multiple days where we have entertained 8,000 guests from a particular company. Our event planners and sales staff work closely with the company’s party planning committee to ensure that every planned event during the course of the company event goes as expected.
