Since 1987 , we have specialized in entertaining all kinds of convention groups that have decided to make their convention stay in San Antonio, Texas a memorable Texas experience. We have had groups literally from all over the world. Guests from Japan to Russia, to South Africa, and back to our North American neighbor, Canada, have experienced “…a little bit of Texas.” Our event planners and staff work closely with in-town and out-of-town Destination Management Companies and Meeting Planners to ensure that their clients’ events go just as they had planned and expect as we pay attention to every small detail. Our catering director ensures that the food and beverage services meet client expectations and personally meets with a representative from the convention group and any other meeting planner assisting in the event. We ensure that each Ranch guest receives impeccable catering services, perfect presentation, quality and great tasting food and responsive customer service from Ranch staff. The Ranch Specializes in large convention groups up to 5,000 guests or to the smaller non-participating spouse day events of 25 guests, where they might enjoy our “…a little bit of Texas” Cooking School, a wine tasting or an herb presentation. |
