The river barge will hold up to 24 people for a twenty-minute nature cruise and river ride. Guests may see the Longhorn cattle grazing on the riverbank as well as wild turkey, cranes, owls, yellow winged hawks, and deer.
Blackjack tables with dealers can be set up to play a series of six hands with the winner receiving a prize. Each series takes about 20 minutes. A complete casino party with blackjack, roulette, and dice tables can also be arranged.
Sketch artist captures the unique personality of guests in charcoal and chalks. A great memento of the occasion.
Large flatbed with stacks of hay bales for seating will accommodate up to 30 adults. Pulled by tractor throughout the Ranch, this venue provides an up-close view of Longhorns plus you get to feed ‘em! Available for your entire event.

One of our neighbors is the historic Zuehl International Airport. Guests can enjoy classic World War II style planes complete amazing stunts right above the Ranch property as you gaze into the clear blue Texas skies. This is an experience no other venue offers and you can only enjoy it at Rio Cibolo Ranch.
Photos taken while sitting upon a live Texas-size Longhorn steer! The tame bulls weigh up to two thousand pounds and have a horn spread up to nearly six feet.

A real Texas experience at the R.C.R. Arena, The Rodeo starts with the Grand Entry Parade performed by the Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Posse (we suggest that you select several of your group to ride in the tour wagon as a part of the Grand Entry Parade and be introduced to the fans). The National Anthem is followed by bull riding, bare bronc riding, calf roping, a special horseback precision drill by the Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Posse, barrel racing, team roping, and additional bull riding, including daredevil clowns and colorful music. Length is approximately one hour.

Our performer provides amazing feats with bullwhip and gun tricks including guest participation in the vain of Will Rogers, with or without horse.
Includes various additional shows and acts such as Can-Can Girls and Cowboy Stage Show.
Experience the beauty of the Ranch as you ride along the numerous trails that wind through the pecan orchard, along the creek banks and out into the open fields. Rides are guided by friendly wranglers and vary from one or two hours to half or full day.
Enjoy nature’s sights and sounds while canoeing a beautiful stretch of the Cibolo Creek. Departing from the Cibolo Hollow Nature Area, riders will experience a unique setting where majestic waterfalls and various species of fish, turtles, birds and cranes have delighted young and older guests alike. Our newest facilitated amenity is a perfect activity for corporate or family functions – it’s fun, safe and relaxing! Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
Our guests fish from the bank along the Cibolo Creek Nature Area where plants and wildlife is spectacular. Guests can catch and release or keep their catch – just bring your bait, tackle and fishing license (required by Texas state law). The Creek is home to a variety of perch, bass, huge catfish and alligator gar – fisherman won’t be disappointed! Surrounded by nature’s beauty, you might just find it hard to leave this Texas haven.

Our posse perform their exciting high-speed precision drill on some of Texas’ most beautiful and well-trained horses. A breathtaking performance!
Our rowdy bunch of desperados greet the guests at the gate with a burst of gunfire to put you in the mood of the 1800s Old West. They hang around during the event and put on several surprise skits.
For your sportsmen, we can arrange a competitive skeet shoot at the neighboring facility, Bexar Community Shooting Range.
The low ropes course is perfect for any group! Based on your needs, a variety of fun activities targeting a specific outcome will be presented by a professional facilitator at the beautiful creek-side Cibolo Hollow Nature area. The best part – it’s turnkey! Our staff will help pick the right program for each group and arrange for catering, transportation, entertainment and even team tee-shirts for our guests. It’s the perfect activity for bonding and building camaraderie.
